Abstract

An analysis of U. S. Navy diving accidents was conducted in which twelve variables were analyzed for significant changes during a ten year period. A profile of U. S. Navy diving accidents for a typical year was constructed and the yearly time required for pressure treatment was estimated. Based upon the information obtained, recommendations are made regarding the diving record system. (Author)
