VHF AND UHF TRANSISTOR TRANSIENT INVESTIGATION.

Abstract

The purpose of this effort is to determine the boundaries of current and voltage in which a silicon VHF and UHF transistor may be operated, and to evaluate device modifications toward enhancing transient circuit operations of these transistors, particularly with respect to secondary breakdown.
