AURORAL BACKSCATTER WAVELENGTH DEPENDENCE STUDIES.

Abstract

A brief description of the six-frequency, narrow beam, steerable radar at Homer, Alaska is given. Results from preliminary data reduction and analysis are discussed. Storm damaged equipment repair and scheduled operations are outlined. The merits of several modes of radar operation are presented. (Author)
