BROADBAND X-BAND KLYSTRON.
Abstract
The objective of this program is to design, fabricate and deliver three klystron amplifiers operating over an instantaneous bandwidth of 4% at 8 GHz at the 100 kw, CW power level. This report describes further analysis and interpretation of test data obtained from the first pulsed test vehicle as well as progress in the design and fabrication of a full power full bandwidth tube.
