PLAQUE FORMATION WITH TES BUFFER,

Abstract

Use of the new buffer TES showed that plaques of eastern equine encephalitis virus could be formed in chick fibroblast cells in the absence of bicarbonate and CO2. A balanced salt solution buffered with TES can be used for virus dilution and adsorption. (Author)
