ZINC SULFIDE.

Abstract

These data sheets present a compilation of electronic and optical properties of zinc sulfide. Electronic properties include conductivity, dielectric constant and mobility. Optical properties include energy band structure, optical absorption and electro and thermo-luminescence. Wherever possible experimental data are correlated with the energy band structure of intrinsic and activated zinc sulfide. (Author)
