Abstract

This specification describes and establishes the requirements and testing objectives for the hydraulic power, flight control, and utility actuation systems. System performance requirements established herein are design objectives to be applied to the prototype airplanes. Application of these requirements to production airplane design will be established after prototype flight testing.
