BALL LIGHTNING.

Abstract

A comprehensive article on the properties of a ball lightning, about its models and the possible relation between the ball lightning theory and plasma theory. In this report is given a description of ball lightning and a detailed account of experimental facts obtained by random observations. Further are described models of ball lightning. The possibility of using the result of quantum theory of solids in the physics of super dense high temperature plasma is discussed. Next is discussed the relevant significance of studying ball lightning for the physics of plasma. (Author)
