Abstract

Section I, Paragraph IX of the Phase III Request For Proposal requires that the airframe contractors and the engine contractors enter into agreements setting forth the coordinated airframe/engine interface plan defining the division of responsibilities for Phase III, including cost responsibility. This document contains the Supersonic Transport Aircraft System Responsibility Agreement and the Ancillary Business Agreements between The Boeing Company and the General Electric Company. In addition, Airframe/Engine Technical Agreement, D6A10198-1, and General Electric Engine Specification, E5026, are considered to be a part of this Agreement.
