ELECTRON FRACTOGRAPHY HANDBOOK. SPECIFIC APPLICATIONS OF ELECTRON FRACTOGRAPHY. SECTION 6.

Abstract

To enhance the scope of The Electron Fractography Handbook (AFML-TR-64-416), a supplement has been included reporting a three task program dealing with specific applications in electron fractography. The supplement consists of: (1) Electron Fractographic Technique for Determination of Fracture Direction; (2) Electron Fractographic Technique for Distinguishing Stress Corrosion from Hydrogen Embrittlement; and (3) Relationship Between Fatigue Striation Spacing and Stress Environment.
