A HIGH RESOLUTION RADIOGRAPHIC TECHNIQUE,

Abstract

The object of this report is to describe a new technique for achieving improved resolution and enhanced rendition in radiographic bone studies. A new and not difficult technique has been devised which fequently succeeds in rendering all visually resolvable bone structure detail in radiographs of the extremities, and which can often be employed to advantage in the rendition of more complex osseous structures. Applied to appropriate subjects, the technique yields a wealth of minute bone detail and structural rendition that is difficult to approach by any technique of comparable simplicity.
