Abstract

The object of this Production Engineering Measure is to improve production techniques for the manufacture of a subminiature high-reliability ceramic capacitor to attain a .001% maximum allowable operating failure rate per 1000 hours when tested at 200% of the DC rated voltage with a 90% confidence level per MIL Specification MIL-C-39014.
