EMISSION CHARACTERISTICS OF THERMIONIC CATHODES.

Abstract

This bibliography presents a selection of holdings on the emission characteristics of thermionic cathodes. The materials represented here are the impregnated cathodes, such as thoriated tungsten as well as the pure material cathodes. No attempt has been made to identify or group the citations in this bibliography according to the emission density data reported in the articles themselves. Even though this would be desirable, there are so many parameters which affect the emission properties that any superficial grouping would be useless.
