Abstract
A general discussion is given concerning the theory of the effect on human operator performance as a result of repeated exposure to selected targeting situations. A detail test plan presents the method for obtaining data concerning: (1) How much experience is required, (2) how long it takes to acquire this level of experience, (3) what are the factors affecting the above.
