STUDY OF THIN FILM OXIDE ELECTROLYTES.

Abstract

The purpose of this program is to produce and study the properties of doped zirconia films which are potential electrolyte materials for high temperature oxide electrolyte fuel cells. In this report, an improvement in the film deposition procedure is described, and the preparation and electrical measurement of cell geometry specimens is discussed. (Author)
