THE DODCO RENDEZVOUS AND DOCKING LOGIC INCLUDING SIMULATION AND CONTROL PROGRAMS.

Abstract

A man-machine simulation program capable of handling near-earth, space rendezvous and docking maneuvers is described. Typical results of rendezvous simulations using a CCC-DDP-116 digital computer are presented to verify equation flow and establish applicability of control logic concepts. The digital program for the CCC-DDP-116 is documented along with a separate digital program for the C-820 computer used in the Air Force Flight Dynamics Laboratory Aerospace Simulation Facility.
