A COMPUTER MODEL FOR PROJECTING THE IMPACT OF SELECTED OFFICER PERSONNEL POLICIES: GENERAL DESCRIPTION.

Abstract

This paper provides a summary description of a computer model designed to project the impact that Army procurement, promotion, and retention policies will have on the strength and composition of the commissioned officer forces over a 10-year period. The model is for use in developing long-range manpower policies and evaluating immediate policy alternatives. (Author)
