AN INVESTIGATION OF MOS PRODUCTION CONTROL.

Abstract

The management system used in controlling the MOS inventory is described. Statistics describing the effectiveness of the system are presented. An attempt is made to identify deficiencies in the control system that are responsible for departures from optimum. Ways in which the MOS control system could be improved are pointed out. (Author)
