DESCRIPTION OF A CONTINUING PROGRAM ON TABLES OF THERMOPHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF MATERIALS.
Abstract
This report covers work on a continuing systematic program involving the search, collection, extraction, evaluation, correlation, interpolation, extrapolation, and the final preparation of tables of properties referred to as most probable values. The report reproduces in the Appendix up-to-date Tables of Contents and the Directory of Materials for each of the Chapters of Volumes I, II, and III of the Data Book on Thermophysical Properties in which the loose-leaf data sheets are organized. The works consist of tables projects on the thermal conductivity, viscosity, and specific heat of gases and liquids, and the thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity, radiative properties, and the specific heat of metallic and nonmettalic elements, alloys, compounds, and mixtures.
