MODPAC II ESCAPE SYSTEM.
Abstract
The modular seat supplied under an earlier contract was evaluated by the Navy. This present contract incorporated the changes suggested and the new configuration received numerous tests. Hardware refinements provide greater reliability, added convenience for the aircrew member, and a reduction in production costs.
