ASPECTS OF PSYCHIATRIC RESEARCH IN EDINBURGH.

Abstract

A report which details the research activities in the Department of Psychiatry of the University of Edinburgh Medical School and the Medical Research Council Unit for Research in the Epidemiology of Psychiatric Illness is presented. Work on Transcultural Psychiatry, the Ecology of Suicide, Mental Illness in Adolescents, and the Delivery of Psychiatric Care is described. (Author)
