TARGET SIGNATURE ANALYSIS CENTER: DATA COMPILATION. SECOND SUPPLEMENT

Abstract

This unclassified supplement to Target Signature Analysis Center: Data Compilation (July 1966) is primarily an ordered, indexed compilation of reflectances, radar cross sections, and apparent temperatures of target and background materials. The data include spectral reflectances and transmittances in the optical region from 0.3 to 15 microns and normalized radar cross sections (active) and apparent temperatures (passive), plotted as a function of aspect or depression angle, at millimeter wavelengths. This supplement contains approximately 1000 data curves from experimental studies conducted during the last three decades, including the current Target Signature Measurements Program conducted at The University of Michigan and sponsored by the Air Force Avionics Laboratory.
