Abstract

The purpose of this contract is to develop methods of controlling losses in the shift register and to improve the frequency response of the video amplifier. Development of low threshold voltage MNOS is described. Design details of MOS-BI video amplifier are given. An analysis of MOS-BI is given. Process details of MOS-BI are described.
