ATS-1 OMNIDIRECTIONAL SPECTROMETER.

Abstract

The omnidirectional spectrometer data have been processed up to 14 February 1967. Several magnetic storms were observed. The effect of these storms was that the fluxes of energetic electrons became severely depressed. The instrument also detected energetic protons associated with the 28 January 1967 solar proton event.
