SOLID STATE HF LINEAR AMPLIFIER.
Abstract
An experimental model linear one kilowatt PEP all solid state HF amplifier and the factors leading to the development of the design approach used are described in this report. Sixty transistors were successfully combined over four octaves of band-width without individual tuning, or component selection. (Author)
