VALUE ENGINEERING PROGRAM,

Abstract

This document defines the Value Engineering Program developed by The Boeing Company for Phase III of the Supersonic Transport Program under Contract FA-SS-67-3. It describes the program management structure and responsibilities, Design Value Engineering tasks, Operations Value Engineering tasks, Finance tasks, Customer Requirements and System Effectiveness tasks, Value Engineering training, and the Reporting and Documentation Plan. The document also presents exhibits of the various data forms used in the program. (Author)
