INVESTIGATION OF ELECTROLYTICALLY SEPARATED MICROWAVE CONDUCTING LAYERS (UNTERSUCHUNG ELEKTROLYTISCH ABGESCHIEDENER MIKROWELLEN-LEITSCHICHTEN).

Abstract

Galvanically separated silver coverings on a copper alloy base were investigated for their microwave conducting properties through measurements of the polarization potential, micro-hardening and the quality factor, fine structure x-ray analysis and metallographic investigations. (Author)
