NAVY RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM MANAGEMENT.

Abstract

Many management techniques have been discussed for application to various segments of the research and development process. All segments are analyzed to identify common problems and develop a consistent set of techniques to facilitate Navy program management. A selection model, program display, revised reporting techniques, and post-operational analysis are among the major topics discussed. (Author)
