EQUIPMENT FOR LOW AVAILABLE LIGHT PHOTOGRAPHY.

Abstract

This report is a survey of commercially available cameras, lenses, films, and developers especially suited for low light level photography. It concerns two camera types and support equipment: the 35 millimeter format cameras widely used by the general public and the 4 x 5 inch press type cameras used commercially. For each camera type, suitable film developer combinations, and a list of available high speed lenses are included. Recommended combinations are discussed. A list of suitable light meters is also included. (Author)
