ACOUSTICAL ENVIRONMENT AND STRUCTURAL VIBRATION OF MODEL 7.

Abstract

A program of measurements and analysis was carried out on the acoustical environment and structural vibration of the Model 7 (late designated WS 107A) missile. This report describes the results of the acoustical measurements made during January and February, 1957 at the Santa Susana Station of Rocketdyne, the estimation of the noise environment along the missile trajectory and the analysis of the structural response to the noise field.
