Abstract

The document evaluates alternative procedures for developing prescribed load lists (PLLs). Major emphasis is placed on (a) determining the best stockage criteria for demand-qualified items, (b) determining the relative merits of tailoring and standardizing the demand-qualified portion of PLLs for units within a division, and (c) using data from the Army Integrated Equipment Record Maintenance Management System (TAERS) in developing the initial-stockage portion of the PLL.
