USER MANUAL FOR THE ON-LINE PATTERN ANALYSIS AND RECOGNITION SYSTEM (OLPARS).
Abstract
The User Manual contains the operating instructions and system description for OLPARS and assumes that the reader is familiar with on-line computation systems and pattern recognition problems. The work outlined in this document reflects the early accomplishments of a long-term in-house program being conducted. It should be stressed that the system's functional capabilities described here represent only a very small part of the capabilities which are to be incorporated into the near future system. Preliminary designs of future OLPARS have been completed and implementation is planned in the near future. (Author)
