Abstract
The aim of the book is to focus attention on the impact of electronics on military science, tactics and equipment, and to combine the accumulated information into one volume presenting the present state of the art of electronically supported warfare. The aim is to offer a sufficiently broad knowledge of problems in military electronics to serve as preparation for deeper study of special interest. Nine chapters compose the volume, headings are as follows: Communications techniques; Radar technique; Measures for jamming and locating radars; Radio navigation devices; Electronic computers; Missile guidance systems; Special-purpose electronic devices; Design and technology of the electronic devices; Power-source elements in electronic devices. Counter measures as well as capabilities are discussed under each appropriate topic.
