OCE NEMP PROGRAM. DEVELOPMENT OF CRITERIA FOR PROTECTION OF NIKE-X POWER PLANT AND FACILITIES ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS AGAINST NUCLEAR ELECTROMAGNETIC PULSE EFFECTS. PROTECTIVE MEASURES

Abstract

This document represents the latest and most accurate information available for use in protecting NIKE-X power plants and facilities electrical systems against the effects of nuclear electromagnetic pulses. The information provides the current results of the OCE NEMP program for development of criteria. The information is written in criteria format, so that all or part of it may be extracted for use by agencies working with the NIKE-X Project Office in preparation of formal design criteria for the various major system components or categories such as power plant, technical facilities, missile farm, etc
