AN ORGANIZATION AND METHOD OF ACCOMPLISHING ADVANCED PLANNING FOR THE U. S. NAVAL ORDNANCE LABORATORY,

Abstract

An organization and methodology for integrating advanced planning into the total laboratory planning effort is presented. A matrix organization is suggested for accomplishment of planning function, consisting of three warfare and three analysis panels. A charter for these panels is presented together with a functional diagram showing panel input, output, and how these panels are interrelated with one another. (Author)
