SINGLE SIDEBAND FREQUENCY MODULATION.

Abstract

The paper is a discussion of single sideband frequency modulation. During the discussion, the theory of this form of modulation is developed. Methods of generation and detection are discussed with regard to bandwidth required, maximum modulation index and signal to noise performance. The results of some experiments are presented. (Author)
