STRENGTH PROPERTIES OF A UNIDIRECTIONAL E GLASS CLOTH EPOXY COMPOSITE,

Abstract

Preliminary composite strength property data was generated for a unidirectional E glass cloth epoxy prepreg material that has potential use in the design of lightweight structural components. Tensile, compressive, and interlaminar shear strengths were measured 0 degrees, 45 degrees and 90 degrees to parallel fiber orientation. (Author)
