AUTOMATIC RECOGNITION BACKGROUND EFFECTS STUDY.

Abstract

The report discusses a brief study of several problems in photographic target recognition, and the modification of electro-optical data extraction equipment (the Automatic Target Recognition Device) to accomplish this study. Software and equipment modifications are discussed in detail and supplement a prior report (AD478454) on the subject. (Author)
