DETECTABILITY PARAMETERS FOR SURVEILLANCE DRONES. VOLUME XI. METHODOLOGY.

Abstract

The overall objective of this program covers the requirements for study and measurement of the detectability parameters (radar reflectivity, visual, acoustics, and infrared) for a family of unmanned aerial vehicles being considered for surveillance drone purposes. The findings of this program are documented in eleven volumes wherein the first ten volumes pertain to the specific vehicles under study. Each of the ten volumes contains a discussion on the measurement techniques, data presentation, data analysis and recommendations for each of the detection parameters. This volume (ECOM-0157-F-11) is general and presents the methodology and computer programs used to obtain the detectability data for all the vehicles. (Author)
