TITAN II INERTIAL GUIDANCE SYSTEM (IGS) MAINTENANCE SUBSYSTEM (MSS) MODEL INFORMATION PACKET.

Abstract

The Titan II IGS Maintenance Subsystem (MSS) Model is basically a simulation tool to be used to attempt to predict the effectiveness of a major portion of the maintenance and support elements of the Titan II Inertial Guidance System (IGS), and to attempt to predict the effects of changing various characteristics of the IGS in attempting to improve its effectiveness. The report describes the specific uses of the Model, the inputs required and the possible outputs, the scope of the Model, its relationship to other aspects of the Titan II program, the development sequence of the Model, and the organization utilized to develop the Model.
