BRUSHLESS DC STARTER-GENERATOR.

Abstract

The complete drawing release was made to the Model Shop. The fabrication of the electromechanical transducer (machine) is at maximum effort. The work on the static commutator is progressing at maximum effort and satisfactory per established milestones. The design of the positive and negative 400 amp switches are close to conclusion. The mock-up of commutator assembly was fabricated and thermal tests are in process. Rotating transformer made of laminated discs was received and being prepared for assembly inside the machine housing. (Author)
