DEVELOPMENT OF AVALANCHE OSCILLATORS AT 10 GHZ AND 18.3 GHZ.
Abstract
Avalanche diode oscillators are being developed for 10 and 18 GHz. Noise spectra, FM and AM, are reported for low Q (25) fundamental-mode cavity oscillators. Noise reduction by injection phase-locking is also reported. (Author)
