OPERATION OF THE UINTA BASIN SEISMOLOGICAL OBSERVATORY

Abstract

The report describes the operation of the Uinta Basin Seismological Observatory (UBSO) from 1 November 1967 through 31 January 1968. Modifications and additions to the observatory instrumentation are described, and tests to improve the operations of the observatory are reported. Also discussed is the status of special investigations designed to evaluate and improve the detection capability of the observatory.
