Abstract

The report covers progress of the Reliability and Design Assurance Group on the ATHENA reliability program. The purpose of the report is to inform the program management of the significant accomplishments made in attaining the ATHENA reliability goals, and to point out any problem areas that might jeopardize the attainment of the reliability goals. Section I covers the management activities. Section II covers significant activities on several functions of the reliability section, i.e., failure modes and affects analysis, general testing, design review, etc. Section III covers the subcontractor and supplier reliability effort.
