Abstract

The Weight Status Report for the XSM-65D-R and D Missile is given. The weights shown are applicable to Missile Number 3D-R and D, the first flight test vehicle in the 'D-R and D' Series. The principle current weight changes are: (1) 2nd Stage Dry: Aft Bulkhead Skins, -40 lbs.; Thrust Cone, -30 lbs.; *Battery and Inverter, APS Backup System, +134 lbs., G.E. Nose, -305 lbs.; (2) 2nd Stage Residuals: GOX in LO2 Tank, +115 lbs.; LO2 in LP Line, -25 lbs.; (3) Booster Stage Dry: Turbine Exhaust Supports, +30 lbs. (Author)
