Abstract

The report, Part I, presents an evaluation of Composite Missile Systems Test, performed on Missile 5B. Part II contains an evaluation of Flight Control system acceptance testing. This addendum contains completed data sheets for all systems included in the composite test. The data sheets for tests performed on the Telemetry system had not been presented for acceptance at the time this document was printed. (Author)
