Abstract

The report is the third of a series of studies on the determination of the probability density function of an electronic circuit performance function from circuit parts data. This analysis is essentially a refinement of the previous methods since it is restricted to an examination of the sampling errors associated with the sample moments which arise from the circuit parts data.
