Abstract
A report on a study of considerations and various plans for maintaining the warning receivers in the Terminal Subsystem of the Decision Information Distribution System. The report investigates three alternative maintenance plans; Local Repair, Centralized Repair-Air Express, and Centralized Repair-Air Parcel Post. It develops comparative costs and comparative effectiveness for a cost-effective analysis to select a plan that meets the required effectiveness at a reasonable cost. (Author)
