The document describes the mission and specifies the operational requirements of the Radio Warning System. The requirements are amplified and/or justified where appropriate. A glossary of key phrases is included. This document supersedes TM-L-1960/021/02, Radio Warning System Interim Operational Requirements, 1 February 1965. It also supersedes Chapter 2 Operational Requirements, of TM-L-1960/090/00, Radio Warning System Studies, 31 January 1966, as the authoritative document which defines Radio Warning System operational requirements.
