Abstract

The preparation, Raman spectra, and infrared spectra of phenyldimethyl-hydrogensilane, p-fluorophenyldimethyl-hydrogensilane, p-chlorophenyldimethyl-hydrogensilane, p-bromophenyldimethyl-hydrogensilane, p-methoxyphenyldimethyl-hydrogensilane, m-chlorophenyldimethyl-hydrogensilane, m-bromophenyldimethyl-hydrogensilane, and m-tolyldimethyl-hydrogensilane is described and discussed.
